When Christian loses his construction job, he must explore new life and new friends in the strangely ordinary world of groceries, from stocking to shelving to sales. And is it possible that in a world where people become identified by their workplace geographies, he can even find love with Marion (Sandra Hüller) at a confectionary counter?
